Here is our chronic crisis: inflammation. I recently heard an MD speak, and he said 8 out of 10 of us are walking through life inflamed, in pain, and depressed. Inflammation blocks the happy endorphins and other hormones from being released into your body. It's physically almost impossible to find joy in the middle of all the inflammation and pain.
