TROY – With each one of its players on the roster making the scoring column, the Concord High School boys basketball team defeated first-year program Montgomery Central, 69-31, on the road Tuesday.

Concord moved its record to 3-0 on the season, while Montgomery Central is now 0-1.

Although the Spiders had a balanced attack, 6-foot-3 junior forward L.J. Scott led the way with a team-best 11 points, and Nijel Robinson and Mag Swinger finished with nine apiece.

Concord has notched each of its three wins this season by double digits – 78-64 over Carson, 61-51 against Charlotte Country Day and the 38-point blowout over Montgomery Central on Tuesday.

Concord plays host to Weddington on Dec. 3.
