The Rotary Club of Cabarrus County is partnering with Presenting Sponsor ACN to host its Annual Seafood Festival to benefit the community. In this, the eleventh year, there will be something for everyone with the addition of barbecue.

The Rotary Club of Cabarrus County invites all residents of Cabarrus County and surrounding areas to join in a fun day of food, drink and fellowship for a good cause. Featuring live music, local beer and delicious food, the Seafood and BBQ Festival— with a new addition of barbecue from The Smoke Pit this year— is a favorite community event for many in Cabarrus County.

Proceeds from the Seafood and BBQ Festival benefit the Cabarrus Rotary Charitable Works (CRCW) Foundation, which enables the Rotary Club of Cabarrus County to focus on community service year-round. CRCW supports outreach in the form of scholarships for incoming college students, grants for deserving community service organizations and projects to benefit community improvements.

The event will be held at Kannapolis Intimidators Stadium on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 5-8 p.m. Food includes all you can eat steamed oysters, peel and eat shrimp, fried fish and barbecue.

Tickets are $60 each and can be ordered online at www.rotaryseafoodfestival.com or by contacting Marie Dockery at mariedockery@cfclinic.org or (980) 498-3050.
