The Concord Police Department seized marijuana and several firearms while executing a search warrant Monday, May 18, according to a press release.
The Vice and Narcotic Units and the Street Crimes Units executed search warrants in several locations Monday. One was at the residence of Liam Stewart, 20, located at the 2800 Block of Quarry View Court, police said.
While executing the warrant, Concord investigators seized 67 pounds of marijuana and approximately $220,000 in cash. During the investigation, nine firearms were also seized.
Stewart, was arrested on two counts of Trafficking of Marijuana.
He is currently in the Cabarrus County Jail under a $700,000 bond.
As the investigation continues, Stewart may face additional charges, police said.
