NOTICE OF SALE Under and by virtue of an order of the District Court of McDowell County, North Carolina, made and entered in the action entitled McDowell County vs. Darrell R. McFarland and wife B. Joan McFarland, et al., in McDowell County File #19-CVD-705, the undersigned Commissioner will on the 8th day of November, 2019, offer for sale and sell for cash, to the last and highest bidder at public auction, at the courthouse door in McDowell County, North Carolina, in Marion, at 12:00 p.m., the following described real property: All of that tract, parcel, or lot of real estate situated in North Cove Township, McDowell County, North Carolina, and more particularly described in that correction deed from Blue Ridge of the Carolinas, LLC, to Darrell R. McFarland and wife B. Joan McFarland recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of McDowell County in Book 1043, Page 66, reference to which is hereby made for a more particular description. BEING all of Lot No. 26, containing 0.69 acres, as shown on a survey of Fox Ridge Subdivision, Phase II, recorded in Plat Book 12 at Page 38 in the McDowell County Public Registry, which plat is incorporated herein by reference.
