The nature of the relief being sought is as follows: Foreclosure sale to satisfy unpaid liens owing to City of Hickory on your interest in the property described as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin in the Northern right of way margin of Highland Avenue, same being Charlotte and Robert T. Mauser's Southwest corner; thence running with the Northern right of way margin of Highland Avenue, North 69 deg. 54 min. 30 West 274.99 feet to a point, same being the Southeast point of intersection of 14th Avenue NE and Highland Avenue; thence running with the Eastern margin of 14th Street NE, North 19 deg. 16 min. 48 sec. East 253.57 feet to a point, same being the Southwest point of intersection of 9th Avenue NE and 14th Street NE; thence running with the Southern margin of 9th Avenue NE, South 69 deg. 55 min. 50 sec. East 274.89 feet to a point, same being Charlotte and Robert T. Mauser's Northwest corner; thence running with Mauser's Western property line, South 19 deg. 15 min. 30 sec.
