HARRISBURG, N.C. — Harrisburg Town Council members plan to discuss a 322-home development that was hotly debated about at their March meeting, which pushed the council to postpone a decision until the developers made changes to the proposal. The development would be built on 225 acres at the southeast quadrant of the Rocky River Road/Hickory Ridge Road intersection.

Harrisburg Town Council will have a pre-meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Monday to discuss the proposed budgets for the public works and water/sewer departments, with the regularly scheduled meeting starting at 7 p.m. at Harrisburg Town Hall.
